Repairing is not our job, it is our passion! The repairs are carried out carefully, with the expertise gained in the sector and the use of specific instrumentation. A well-stocked warehouse of original spare parts and a multitude of components allow us to carry out repairs quickly: our average is 2-3 working days. In Eltex there is no acceptance bureaucracy that wastes a lot of time (no authorization numbers!), After presenting the regulatory documentation (shipping documents) we are already working to fix your breakdown.

When we return the repaired equipment, you will find a document attached where you will find specific information on the work performed by our technicians. This document is the repair technical report.
The technical repair report
In this report we intend to inform the installer about all the operations performed on the repaired product. Like all documents it is numbered; you will find an indelible adhesive label on the product with this number. In addition to finding your personal details, the upper section shows the article code, the description and the serial number. In the area below there is another space where the defect is defined and the probable cause of the fault. It is very important for us to know it in a box marked by the customer’s failure. The following section describes our intervention in detail. We inform you about the state of cleanliness of the drive when it is disassembled, the description of the actual failure, the components replaced, additional operations performed and various notes. Below it is specified whether the equipment is reset to factory settings or if the detected program is retained. So we indicate the operation and running time. Finally the name of the technical performer.
Why is this report important?
The failure of an equipment can cause severe production stops that can significantly affect the production process of a company. In order to prevent or remedy these problems, Eltex can offer various services that are not included in pure repair.
The spare parts used during the repair are supplied directly by the manufacturer of the equipment, otherwise the best performance ones are used. These factors allow Eltex to grant 12 months warranty on replaced components on all repairs carried out by our team. The repaired products retain all the factory functionalities are therefore almost as new.
